Apéritif is published by Ümit Kılınç, an individual developer based in the Republic of Türkiye, contactable at klncumit@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal drinking age where you live if that age is higher, to use Apéritif. The app is rated 17+ and its entire content concerns alcoholic drinks.
Legal drinking ages differ by country and it is your responsibility to know and observe the one that applies to you.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the app or its contents.
Recipes are provided for personal, non-commercial use. They describe the preparation of alcoholic drinks and are not advice of any kind — medical, dietary or otherwise.
You are responsible for what you make, what you drink, what you serve to others, and for complying with the laws where you are, including any restrictions on the purchase, preparation or serving of alcohol.
Some recipes include raw egg, dairy, nuts or nut-derived syrups. Check ingredients before serving anyone else. We cannot account for individual allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or interactions with medication.
Alcohol carries health risks. Never drink and drive. Do not drink if you are pregnant, taking medication that interacts with alcohol, or advised against it by a medical professional. Nothing in this app is an encouragement to drink, or to drink more.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that recipes will produce a particular result or suit your taste.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything resulting from consuming alcohol. Where liability cannot be excluded or limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The app, its name, its design, its written content and its images are owned by Ümit Kılınç and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Cocktail recipes as bare lists of ingredients are not themselves copyrightable; the particular wording, photography, arrangement and presentation in this app are.
The photographs are generated imagery. They depict no real person, place or product, and carry no third-party branding.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
If you use the app as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your own country of residence, which continue to apply and may also give you the right to bring proceedings there.
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
